Who are you?
My name is Michelle, and I'm from the heartland of the USA. Born in December of '91, I've lived in basically the same city for all of my life. I have a typical family: A mother, father, and a new puppy that gets into far too much mischief. I'm an only child, which is probably why I can't be around many people for long before I start to go insane.
Is there a man in your life?
Why yes there is! Thank you for asking! (What? You didn't? Well, too bad.) His name is Zach and we've been dating for nearly three years. It will be our third year anniversary on March 30th. I know you didn't visit my FAQ page to hear me go on and on and on about my boyfriend though (because trust me, I could), so let's just go to the next question.
What do you do for fun?
I'm pretty normal (AKA boring?). I like video games. A lot. They're my favorite activity. I also like shopping. Or at least, I enjoy going to the mall and looking at clothes I wish I could afford. I also like using Photoshop, taking pictures, rocking out to obnoxiously loud music, drawing, writing, and currently sewing cute little plushies. I know, I lead an exciting life.
Can I game with you?
Sure! However, I am pretty much incredibly shy on Xbox live. (Yes, I only use Xbox to play video games, with the occasional PC, Wii, PS3 use. But generally, it's almost always Xbox.) I will not talk very often, however, I encourage you to not shut up. I love listening to people when they're gaming. I hate talking when I'm gaming. I also hate uncomfortable silences. Anyway! If you want to game with me just add CitrusKiss on Xbox live and I'd love to play basically anything as long as it's not a racing or sports game.
How can I contact you?
There's a few ways. You can leave a comment here, or shoot me a message at
my email: email@example.com
my twitter: twitter.com/theGirlyGamer
Do you have any other blogs?
If you want more information and reviews on all the latest games, definitely check out multiplayerrelations.blogspot.com! It's run lovingly by both me and my wonderful boyfriend, Zach. It's currently being developed though, so there's nothing to see there yet.
What's your favorite game system?
Xbox. Hands down. My Xbox 360 is my baby and I would never let anyone hurt him. His name is Exxie Box, by the way. And he's awesome. And I know with some people there is kind of a weird rivalry between PS3 users and Xbox 360 users. So, I just wanted to say that I don't hate the PS3. But there has been numerous times I have wanted to pick it up and throw it out of a second story window. I'll just leave it at that.
Your favorite game?
It's hard to pick one because there are three that are actually pretty close to being my #1 game. But if I absolutely had to pick, my top favorite games in order would be:
#3. The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. I was at the midnight release for this wonderful game and it was my #1 game for a long time, just like before it came into existence, Oblivion was my favorite game.
#2. Dishonored. Also made by Bethesda, I fell in love with this game as soon as I put it into Exxie. The atmosphere, the stealth gameplay, and the characters were all perfect.
#1. Mass Effect 3. A pretty different game type compared to the others, but I love this game. So much. The single-player of it, specifically. I'm not in love with the multiplayer. And if I had only played Mass Effect 3, I'm sure it wouldn't make even my top three list. But when you combine it with Mass Effect and Mass Effect 2, it's brilliant. It's one of the only games to ever make me cry. (about 5 times, actually. the only other games that have made me cry were Assassins Creed Brotherhood and Assassins Creed Revelations.) I felt incredibly connected to the characters, and the protagonist. And I know the ending has caught a lot of criticism but I thought it was perfect. ♥ Alright, I'm going to stop going on a rant about this game now.
Your favorite fashion?
It's hard to narrow it down, but I love pastels, floral, and anything that's light pink really. I love clothing that looks like it could have popped right out of a fairy tale, and I am also a huge fan of steampunk fashion.
